Rated 2 out of 5 by wineandreeses from Not great I bought convection books to learn how to use this, and I swear it just doesn't work. Reduce temp by 25 degrees for baking or reduce time by 30%. Nope, that doesn't work. Bush Dab Radio Ne 3160 Manual Woodworkers here.

Just moved into a new place, it has a pretty old gas oven called something Chef Consul Infra Ray. I can light the four burners on top, but when I press the 'OVEN' knob and turn it to on I don't know how to start it? Do I need to manually light it inside or what? Scared of blowing myself up here, haha.

Burned the heck out of a bundt cake when the cake should have only been half done, also burned the top of rolls for Thanksgiving when they should have been half done. It takes forever to make toast or broil or warm something. AND it makes a cracking noise long after I've turned it off. I hope it's not cracking my granite counter because it does get hot on the outside.

Seemed like a good idea when I bought it. Maybe it's just defective. I am very disappointed. Time to call Customer Service.

It didn't work at first and I pushed everything till I noticed it was my fault for not plugging it in all the way. Baked some brownies and baked potato's and it works great. Reduce your ooking times however due to the convection oven is better than a regular oven.

I chose the manual oven over the digital due to other digital items in my house have failed me over time, plus the door fits good and solid. Better than the cheaper models, but is expensive at $100. Easy pay is included though. This oven works great for toasting bagels. I set the toast mode on Med, and it crisps them perfectly. I purchased half sized baking sheets, which fit perfectly in the center position, and line them with parchment for cooking bacon or sausage; resulting in very little clean-up. We have used all the features for various dishes at one time or another, and are pleased with its performance. Living in a hot climate with high utility bills in the summer, this has been an excellent solution to minimize heating up the house when preparing evening meals for two people.
