The enclosed instruction manual is useless.I went to Zeki's website and downloaded the manual and it was the same.I finally tried some suggestions from You tube videos and was able to get it to start and get to the android screen. I did several system resets and finally was able to get to the welcome screen. It was able to see my router but failed repeatedly to go beyond a guest account. I was never able to get online with this unit. I finally got to a screen that allowed me to play a DVD. Playing it was very buggy and the picture was very smeary, not sharp and the video screen showed weird screens with the picture distorted.
